Ramzei is an indirect Quranic name for boys that comes from Ramz, which is “sign”, “symbol”, “gesture”, “code”, and it has meanings of “reserved”, “demure”, “quiet”. It is derived from the R-M-Z root which is used in the Quran in verse 3:41:
