Modathera

Modathera is an indirect Quranic name for girls that means “clothed”, “enveloped in garments”, or “dressed” (in a particular way, “mudathira fi burdatun sawdaa’un” means “dressed in a black garment”). Modathera is derived from the D-TH-R root which is used in chapter 74 of the Quran.
