Aarashe or Aresh is the name of an ancient Persian hero who is known as Aarashe the Archer, mentioned in the book known as the Shahnameh of the poet Firdousi. The meaning of Aarashe is “brilliant”, “radiant”, “dazzling”. It is not an Islamic name, but Muslims can use it due to the fact that it has a good meaning.
